The Sheffield Wellness Centre is based in Nether Edge and serves the surrounding areas like Woodseats, Dore & Totley. We provide a broad range of health and wellness services. Our mental health services include talking therapies like counselling, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), and hypnotherapy. We have physical health services like myofascial release which can be very good for dealing with aches and pains of different types. Our nutritionists can help you focus on improving your health by improving your diet. We also have Reiki practitioners and past life regression services

Lydia is an Alexander Technique Teacher here at the Sheffield Wellness Centre.

She helps people who feel tense, stiff, or out of balance in their body – whether that’s from sitting at a desk, dealing with stress, or moving in ways that don’t feel quite right.

Lydia teaches the Alexander Technique, a gentle, hands-on approach that helps you move more freely, improve posture, and release physical tension. It’s especially helpful for back pain, poor posture, anxiety-related tension, and everyday discomfort caused by the way we sit, stand, or move.

Her sessions are relaxed, supportive and easy to follow. You don’t need to be flexible, sporty, or experienced - just open to learning something new about how your body works.

Our Story

The Sheffield Wellness Centre is a place where you can find professional who can help to increase your physical and mental health. If you are a health professional you can hire rooms where you can base your business.

We opened in the spring of 2017 and since then it has been a whirlwind of activity! The positive reviews from clients and therapists have increased steadily from day one and have been a wonderful confirmation that what we are doing is making many people happy.

The therapists available at the wellness centre do change as some people move on to other areas or change how they run their business but we also have a steady stream of new therapists joining us which means that there is always something new to tell you about.

The rooms are all well insulated, private and tastefull but neutrally decorated.
