🎉 Celebrating 25 Years in Business! 🎉

This month marks 25 incredible years since we opened our doors as a chiropractic clinic, and what a journey it has been!

From the very beginning, this clinic has been a labor of love — and I couldn’t have done it without the amazing support of my parents and husband, and friends who helped me every step of the way. From cleaning, decorating, and assembling furniture to tackling electrical work and setting up technology — you were there through it all. Thank you for believing in this dream.

To every member of staff, past and present — your dedication, kindness, and care have helped shape our clinic’s reputation. And to all the doctors and professionals who’ve trusted us with referrals, thank you for your continued confidence and collaboration.

Most importantly, to our patients — thank you for trusting us with your health and allowing us to be a part of your lives. Some of you have been with us since the very beginning, and many of you feel more like family than clients.

🌿 Gardening Without the Aches 🌿

Spending time in the garden can be incredibly rewarding, but it’s also important to look after your back. Whether you’re digging, planting or pruning, simple steps can help prevent unnecessary strain:

✅ Warm up before you start – a short walk and some gentle stretches go a long way
✅ Use long-handled tools to reduce bending
✅ Take regular breaks and vary your activity every 20–30 minutes
✅ Lift with care – bend at the knees, not the waist, and avoid twisting

I really know how to live the high life!! Friday night and I’m sat on the settee parcelling up the stamps that our fantastic patients have collected in aid of Bone Cancer Research Trust. They receive up to £20 for every kilogram of stamps- so this 1 envelope is worth approx £10 to them!
If you want to help our collections it would be fab if you could please minimize the amount of paper around the edge to a finger width around the edges it will prevent me getting repetitive strain injury from cutting off the excess 😂
