Serenta Home Care was originally formed in 2011 by Sue Pinder, Darren Pinder and Pat Kubon inspired by the desire to create and provide a better quality of homecare. In 2019, we became part of the Primary Care Sheffield family, working alongside Intercare North and Home Alternative with a vision to not only continue the great work already done by each company, but to develop and strengthen what home care means to each person who accesses it as a service.
We are registered and inspected by the Care Quality Commission. We work alongside Sheffield City Council, doctors, district nurses, pharmacists, families and service users to make sure the service user receives the highest level of care they deserve. Serenta Home Care strive to give the elderly the care, respect and dignity they deserve and to enable them to live a longer and more independent life in their own home. At Serenta HomeCare we work differently to most other care companies; we have situated our office in the middle of the surrounding areas we specialise in. All staff, including management, receive up to date training, so that if a member of staff is unable to attend work or an emergency arises there will always be someone to attend to the needs of the clients.
