We’re delighted to have added not one, but three new weights stand to our Newbould Lane clinic, complete with progressive weights by .gymequipment

Not just for looks (although they do look good 👀) — these are all about progressive, targeted rehab, helping us load tissues properly and guide you safely back to full strength.

- We have now launched our Advanced Rehab Hub at 863 Ecclesall Road, S11 8TJ.

- Here we have a private gym space, with fully equipped weights area at the back, cardio equipment, reaction blaze pods and ample floor space.

We offer various classes:

1. PD Warrior for Parkinsons:

- Mondays @ 12.15, 1.30 and 3pm

- Thursdays @ 5.15 and 6.30pm

2. Strong through Menopause, exercise class for peri and post menopausal women:

- Wednesdays @ 5pm

3. We also offer 1 to 1 Physiotherapy and rehab:

- MSK and Sports injuries: Wednesdays 8.30-4.30pm

- Neuro rehab: Thursdays and Fridays 2-5pm
