I don’t always say this… but the last few days have been ones where I’ve needed to slow down and hold space for myself too.

When you spend your time supporting others, it’s easy to forget that you’re human as well.

So I’ve been moving a little slower.

With Mother’s Day coming up, it’s reminded me how much women carry , as mums, daughters, friends, partners, carers… we give so much of ourselves.

Sometimes the most thoughtful gift isn’t “more things” it’s time to rest, switch off and be looked after.
