One of the quietest challenges of working in mental health is learning to step away from it. Not just physically, but mentally. To let yourself exist outside of the work, even for a few days.

Share closed today due to ice.

Due to the very icy conditions on Paradise Square, we have taken the decision to close the office. All appointments will be cancelled and we hope to see everyone next week, once we have thawed out!
