Curious about weight training but not sure where to start?

This session is exclusively for complete beginners or women who haven’t stepped foot in a gym for a while.

📍 Sunday 17th May
⏰ 10:30am–11:30am
👭 Maximum 6 women
💜 Completely free

Join me in our private studio and together we’ll work through a simple full body workout using 6 exercises.

I’ll talk you through:
👉 Technique
👉 Form
👉 How to do the exercises safely and correctly

Can I be honest?

The women this beginner session is for are probably the least likely to message.

Not because they don’t want to try weight training…
But because they’re worried they’ll:
🏋🏼‍♀️ be the least fit
❓ not know what they’re doing
🫣feel awkward

We completely understand that.

That’s exactly why this session exists 💜

It’s not for gym people.

It’s for women who want a gentle, supportive place to start.

No pressure.
No bootcamp vibes.
No expectation to be fit already.

Just 6 women, all beginners, in a private studio with me guiding you through everything step by step.

Introducing: The Wobble Book Club

A small, relaxed monthly get together for women who want to read, reflect, learn a few things about themselves.

Each month we’ll choose a self-development book and meet over coffee (cake optional 🍰) to talk about:
• what stood out
• what made us think
• what we actually want to try or implement
• and the bits that made us go

🤔“ohhh… that explains a lot”

No pressure.
No homework vibes.
No pretending we’ve got our lives fully together.

Just real women, real conversations and a bit of accountability along the way.

We’re keeping it intentionally small — just 6 spaces — so it stays relaxed and cosy. And there’s no pressure to commit every month.

Each session can be booked separately, so you can dip in and out depending on the book, your schedule or your general life chaos levels 😄

One of the great opportunities I get is reviewing books for Literally PR and this time I have just finished Love, Grief & More S*x Than Pinot by Sacha Hughes and it’s one of those books that makes you laugh, cry, and cringe — sometimes all at once.

It follows Soho through her twenties — friendships, relationships, and that feeling of not quite knowing what you’re doing or where you’re going. At the heart of it is grief, and it’s written in a really honest, raw way that makes you understand her choices… even when you want to give her a bit of a shake.

I loved the relationship with her sisters — warm, familiar, and very real — and the humour throughout stops it from ever feeling too heavy.

Not a quick read, but one you settle into — and by the end, you feel like you’ve really been through it with her.

A very human story about love, loss and figuring life out 💜

Monday night was something special 💜

A room full of women who didn’t need more information they just needed a place to start.

We talked about the voice in your head, why nothing seems to stick, and how small, simple habits can actually change things.

No extremes.
No pressure.
No “Start again Monday”.

Just honest conversations, a bit of clarity and a plan that feels doable in real life.

This is exactly why I created the Wobble Journal.

Not to tell you what to do but to help you actually do something with it.
