If you’re not familiar with us, B&A is a small private women’s gym in Sheffield where we focus on strength training, realistic nutrition, and helping women break the diet cycle once and for all.

We deliberately keep membership capped so every woman gets the coaching and support she deserves — which means spaces don’t come up very often.

So when they do, they tend to go quickly.

Happy International Women’s Day 💜

Running a women’s gym means we get a front row seat to something pretty special.

Every week we see women showing up — sometimes full of energy, sometimes not so much — but still turning up and focusing on themselves.

Women juggling work, families, friendships, life admin, and everything else that seems to land on their shoulders.

Women who arrive thinking they’re “not very strong” and quietly discover that actually… they are.

Strong enough to try something new.
Strong enough to keep going.
Strong enough to look after themselves as well as everyone else.

It’s an absolute privilege to meet, coach and support so many brilliant women.

Our 4-Week Healthy Kick Start is running
📅 2nd March – 29th March
⏰ 7am sessions only

If you’ve been waiting for a sign… this might be it.

Choose your sessions each week Monday to Friday, no set days you can mix and match each week.

Spring is coming and there’s something powerful about getting up and getting it done. One hour for you before the world wakes up.

Our 4-Week Healthy Kick Start is designed for women who want to feel better but don’t want extremes, pressure, or another all-or-nothing plan.

It’s perfect if you’re starting again — or starting for the first time.

You’ll train in small groups, be supported by experienced coaches, and be guided at a pace that works for you.

No expectation to be fit already.
No pressure to get it right.

Just four weeks to build confidence, move your body, and see how it feels to be looked after.

You don’t have to change everything.
You just have to start somewhere.

Believe & Achieve has always been intentionally small.

We train in small groups so everyone is known, supported, and looked after — no blending into the background, no pressure to keep up, no feeling like you don’t belong.

Our members are women of different ages, abilities, and confidence levels, all starting where they are and moving forward at their own pace.

We train for real life — to feel stronger, move better, and feel more at home in our bodies.

It’s not just about fitness.

It’s about feeling supported, encouraged, and part of something.
