Itโ€™s October 1st. A fresh month. A perfect moment to take the first step and finally decide: this is the time to work on myself.

Over the last few weeks, Iโ€™ve seen two types of women.

The first type took action in September.

The holidays were done, the kids were back in school, and they made a decision to prioritise themselves.

Four weeks later, theyโ€™ve dropped a clothing size, lost 10 -15 lbs, and have energy back in their lives.

Then thereโ€™s the second type.

Have you started thinking about your 2025 goalsโ€”fitness or otherwise?

Maybe your focus is on career growth, health & wellbeing, family & relationships, or personal development.

Whatever it may be, now is the perfect time to reflect.

If youโ€™ve already set your goals, I challenge you to dig deeper: ask yourself "Why?"

Why do you want to achieve these specific goals?

Is it because they truly matter to you, or are they based on what others expectโ€”or what you think you should do?

Knowing your "why" gives your goals real meaning and makes achieving them more fulfilling.

If you havenโ€™t set your goals yet, start by jotting them down under categories like Wellbeing, Fitness, Work, Learning, or Family.

Look for overlaps and pick the one that feels most important right now.

Remember, priority originally meant one single focusโ€”before the Industrial Revolution made us juggle multiple "priorities."

Letโ€™s keep it simple this year: pick your top goal, work on it first, and introduce new ones as you gain momentum.
