Itโs October 1st. A fresh month. A perfect moment to take the first step and finally decide: this is the time to work on myself.
Over the last few weeks, Iโve seen two types of women.
The first type took action in September.
The holidays were done, the kids were back in school, and they made a decision to prioritise themselves.
