You’ve helped us to raise £1.6 million for the ‘see it. treat it.’ appeal – in just one year!
We’ve still got £250k left to raise before we can bring a revolutionary MRI Simulator to Weston Park! Could you help us get to the finish line? 💜
Thank you so much to all of the incredible fundraisers who have supported the appeal so far, including:
• Our mighty Mount Kilimanjaro hikers, who raised over £140k (£115k for the appeal) by taking on the adventure of a lifetime!
• Carlton Palmer and friends for raising over £6,000 by running the Sheffield 10k.
• The Sole Sisters, for hosting dinners and charity walks which raised more than £22k!
• Rotary Club of Stainborough, for donating £2k through a collection in Barnsley Town Centre.
• Appeal Board member Hannah Duraid, who raised over £3,500 by hosting Changemakers networking events.
• Khatija Motara, Deputy Operations Director at Weston Park Cancer Centre, who laced up her trainers and ran the Yorkshire marathon.
• PSR Turnkey Solutions, which has so far raised £465!
• The Sheffield Bach Choir, for collected donations at their December concert totalling £1,295.
• The Weston Park Radiotherapy team, who collectively covered 12,500 miles in their Pole-to-Pole challenge.
• Karen Ashurst who completed a mile a day in March, raising £642.
• Local accounting firm, Xeinadin, for raising £2,100 through their Quiz for a Cause!
• Sheffield United and Sheffield Wednesday FC, who raised £14,557 with their Derby Day – including £5k from Brook Bakery and £300 from the Blades Ramble Podcast.
• Sarah McNamara, who raised £135 by walking 20 miles in March.
• James Kemp, AKA Blade on a Bike, who is cycling to every SUFC away match in the 26/27 season - covering over 3000 miles!
• Chris Muscroft, whose Christmas concert raised £1,740.
