February's focus addresses one of the most pressing challenges practitioners face today: the intersection of weight management, metabolic health, and long-term cardiometabolic resilience.

The landscape has shifted dramatically. GLP-1 receptor agonists have transformed weight loss medicine, yet questions remain about what happens during treatment and after. Clients are seeking guidance on metabolic longevity, not just quick fixes. Cardiometabolic risk factors are climbing, and practitioners need evidence-based strategies that go beyond outdated protocols.

This month, we're exploring the science that matters: how cellular health influences metabolic function, the role of emerging nutrients in supporting longevity, the gut-brain-metabolism axis, and the nutritional strategies that create sustainable outcomes, whether your clients are on pharmaceutical interventions or not.

February's webinar series includes:
• Clinical Applications of Stem Cell Nutrition (3-part series)
• Fatty15 in Practice: How One Fatty Acid is Emerging as Essential
• The Metabolic Longevity Summit (our inaugural multi-speaker event exploring mitochondrial health, GLP-1 realities, and neuroprotective blood sugar strategies)
• The Good, The Bad, and the Incretins: Unlocking the Potential of Gut Hormones for Weight Management
• Precision Nutrition for Metabolism: Evidence-Based Strategies for Weight Management & Longevity

Together, these sessions provide a comprehensive toolkit for supporting metabolic health at every level - from cellular function and nutrient status to pharmaceutical support and long-term vitality.

This isn't about weight loss trends. It's about understanding the metabolic foundation that determines health span, energy, cognitive function, and disease prevention.

Always learning!

January is often framed as a month of action - new goals, new habits, relentless momentum. But real, sustainable health is built on restoration just as much as effort.

Restorative routines support the systems that keep you functioning well: sleep for cellular repair and immune health, breathwork for nervous system regulation, gentle movement for circulation and stress reduction, nourishment for metabolic balance, and meaningful connection for emotional resilience.

These practices don't need to be complicated or time-consuming. A few minutes of intentional breathing. A walk without your phone. A consistent bedtime. Eating without distraction. Creating space for stillness.

Consistency matters more than perfection. Small routines, practiced regularly, create lasting impact.

Swipe through for simple practices that support your body's natural ability to restore, repair, and thrive.

What restorative routine has made the biggest difference for you? We’d love to know!

The Science Behind faty15 C15:0: Why you should pay attention

C15:0 (pentadecanoic acid) isn't just another supplement trend. It's a scientifically validated longevity nutrient with mechanisms that target the root causes of ageing.

How C15:0 works:
• Strengthens cell membranes against lipid peroxidation and age-related breakdown
• Activates AMPK and inhibits mTOR (key longevity pathways)
• Repairs mitochondrial function
• Lowers pro-inflammatory cytokines
• Improves cellular signalling

Over 100 peeer reviewes studies and 7 randomised controlled clinical trials have shown that pure C15:0 has 36+ cellular benefits supporting metabolic, liver, heart, gut, immune, and red blood cell health in clients.

This is geroprotector science (a molecule that can slow aging rates and meaningfully protect against aging-related breakdown) the holy grail of healthy ageing.

"I know there's more going on, but I don't know where to start."

Does this sound familiar?

Your client has tried everything. Blood work looks normal. Hormones have been addressed. Yet the breakouts persist, confidence crumbles, and you're left piecing together conflicting information with no clear path forward.
Complex acne cases don't fit into neat protocols. They require a different lens—one that sees beyond hormones to the terrain beneath.

The Art of Acne Mastery gives you the framework to organise what feels overwhelming into actionable, clinical steps. No more guesswork. No more watching protocols fall short.

Detox Dynamics: Understanding Cellular Renewal

Before we can optimise detoxification, we need to understand how our cells maintain themselves. Every moment of every day, your body is engaged in a remarkable process of breakdown and renewal.

Your body replaces approximately 330 billion cells each day. This constant regeneration means that within months, you have an almost entirely new collection of cells—yet the process isn't random. It's highly orchestrated.

Cells renew through carefully regulated processes. Old or damaged cellular components are broken down through autophagy - your body's quality control system. This cellular ""housekeeping"" clears out dysfunctional proteins, damaged organelles, and metabolic waste.

Once cleared, cells rebuild using the raw materials you provide through nutrition: amino acids for protein synthesis, fatty acids for membrane integrity, and micronutrients as cofactors for thousands of enzymatic reactions.

True detoxification isn't about elimination alone. It's about supporting the cellular machinery that processes, neutralises, and removes unwanted substances whilst simultaneously rebuilding healthy tissue.

When cellular renewal is compromised (through poor nutrition, chronic stress, or toxic burden) the body's ability to maintain optimal function diminishes. Supporting cellular health means providing the building blocks and conditions necessary for effective renewal.

This is the foundation of detox dynamics: understanding that clearance and rebuilding happen in tandem, and both require support.

Our first Roadmap of 2026!

We're excited to kick off the year with a topic that underpins so much of what we do in clinical practice - liver function.

How well do you really understand liver function tests? Most practitioners can spot when enzymes are elevated, but interpreting what those changes actually mean is where the real clinical skill lies.

Join Tanya on 27th January, to reframe your approach to LFTs. You'll learn what each marker truly represents, how to decode enzyme patterns and ratios, and how to connect LFT findings with broader clinical presentation to guide targeted intervention.

Essential learning for practitioners working with metabolic health, hormonal imbalances, digestive dysfunction, or chronic illness - because liver function underpins everything.

Detoxification reimagined.

Detoxification isn't about juice cleanses or elimination diets. It's about understanding the elegant metabolic choreography happening in every cell, at every moment.

On 26th January, Dr Jason Miller from Natura Health Products will transform how you think about biotransformation pathways, moving beyond outdated protocols to explore the physiological reality of Phase 1 and Phase 2 detoxification, and what happens when environmental exposures, genetic variations, or nutrient depletion tip the scales.

You'll learn to recognise the clinical patterns that signal imbalance, strategically support these pathways using evidence-based botanical and nutritional interventions, and develop therapeutic strategies that restore metabolic harmony rather than impose restriction.

Monday 26th January | 7:00pm

We’re delighted to welcome Chloe Manlay back this year after an overwhelming number of requests from practitioners to explore her Acne methodology in greater depth.

Chloe is a nutritional therapist specialising in inflammatory skin conditions who truly understands the frustration of persistent acne.

Chloe is passionate about helping women break free from the limiting beliefs and physical burdens of acne, rosacea, eczema, and psoriasis. Her approach goes beyond skin-deep, addressing hormones, gut health, stress management, and the environmental factors that impact our largest organ.

Chloe brings over 10 years of study, clinical practice, and continuous professional development to this mastery series - all grounded in the practical wisdom that comes from having walked the same challenging path as acne clients.

Drawing on years of clinical experience treating complex female acne cases, Chloe will share her artful approach and explain how chronic stress, compromised bile flow, gut dysbiosis, and the downstream effects of conventional acne treatments hijack immune pathways and activate mTOR-driven inflammation—creating the perfect storm for persistent, stubborn breakouts.

Join Chloe for The Art of Acne Mastery Three consecutive Wednesday in March | 11th, 18th, 25th | 12:00 pm GMT
