Holmes Adult Carer Service A dementia day centre based at Frecheville Sports & social club. We also offer support to combat social isolation. Mon to Wed, and Fri 10am to 3.15pm.

Holmes Adults Carer Respite Service provides respite hubs at Frecheville Sports club on Silkstone Road, Sheffield S12 4RH. We are in the second building. We are a service that allows carers to have a break from caring duties knowing their loved one will be safe comfortable and well cared for. Support and information is also available to carers. We are a small service and adhere to covid19 guidelines in proving a service. Please do not contact to hesitate us for any more information.
