You might notice this post looks a little different to my usual ones… and that’s because it is. 💛

This brand has always been about more than just movement.

It’s about embracing who you are, listening to your body, and feeling truly at home in yourself. And I realised I wanted that to come across not just in the work we do together, but in the way everything looks and feels here too.

So, this is the start of a new chapter a relaunch full of colour, warmth and energy, just like the amazing community we’ve built together. ✨
