A quick video about slow living and 3 of my favourite practices that I use frequently to help me manage anxiety, re-connect with myself, regulate my emotions and bring myself back to centre.

Living more mindfully, practicing self care, pursuing personal or spiritual development is so important in this current world, to help keep us sane, grounded and able to cope amongst the busy-ness and chaos of daily life.

Take a moment to just breathe, to check in with yourself, it's been a long, tough, hard week, but you survived.

Gratitude can seem hard sometimes, but creating this simple creative spiritual practice, just a few minutes a day, or a week, to reflect, release and realign with yourself and your core values can help ground and centre you, give you chance for a precious, mindful moment to be grateful, for the good things and the challenging lessons offered us.

Reflection, release and realign can be done through breathwork, through journalling, through your art journal or a simple, creative ritual, to allow this process to work through you, and mark where you are in your life today.

Remember, this too shall pass, the good, the bad and the challenging. Honour where you are today, honour how you have gotten through the week, honour yourself, your strength, your courage, your ingenuity even if you doubt it, you made it to Sunday.

Mark the occasion, even if it's just with a smile.
