Each asana (yoga pose) can look different on each person / day of the week / or stage in a person’s yoga journey.
In Iyengar yoga we use props to support you in your practice, so you can get the most benefit out of each asana.
In Adho Mukha Svasana (downward facing dog) we may use ropes, blocks or even the stage. Every variation works its magic ✨
