You can request an emergency supply of your usual medication through the NHS 111 online service. It’s quick, secure and available when you need it most. 🌐💙

This service is ideal if you’ve completely run out of a regular medicine and can’t wait for a routine prescription. Always double-check with your pharmacist if you’re unsure. 🩺✨

If you are eligible for a free NHS flu jab and have not yet had it, it is still worth booking as soon as possible. The flu vaccine helps reduce the risk of serious illness and protects those around you, including vulnerable family members, over the festive period and into the new year.

Contact your GP practice to check your eligibility and availability.
