if you started your fitness journey to support your mental health, you’re not alone.

movement, routine and structure can help but when depression hits, you will know it comes in waves, sometimes you’re able to keep going but other times it feels like you’re drowning and even the basics can feel impossible

suddenly you’re skipping meals,
mindlessly eating whatever’s around
or turning to food for comfort and then beating yourself up for it.

but you can prepare for the storm ahead, so the bad days don’t feel quite so overwhelming.

i normally keep tools and resources like this readily available for all my clients inside the emhuntfit education hub but this one felt too important to keep behind the scenes
