🎄 Festive Opening Times – Quick Reminder 🎄

Christmas is just around the corner, so here’s a little reminder about our holiday timetable. ❤️

🗓️ Classes run as normal up to and including Tuesday 23rd December
🎁 No classes from Wednesday 24th December
✨ We’ll be back to our full timetable from Monday 5th January

Our office will also be closed over the festive period while our team takes a well-earned break.

🎄 Festive Fun at Our Parkinson’s Class in Grenoside 🎄

Our Grenoside Parkinson’s class got into the Christmas spirit with some festive games and a lovely end-of-year get-together. From Christmas jumpers to parachutes, balloons and plenty of smiles, it was a brilliant session filled with movement, laughter and connection.

A big thank you to everyone who joined in and helped make it such a joyful celebration.
