Do you love keeping things organised and helping people feel welcome? We’re looking for a warm, proactive and friendly Practice Administrator to join our team at The Osteopathic Practice.

We care for patients of all ages—from tiny newborns to great-grandparents—but a big part of what we do is supporting babies and new families at one of the most special and transformative times in their lives. You’ll play an essential role in making sure their experience with us is smooth, supportive, and stress-free.

💻 This role includes front-of-house duties, diary management, helping with daily admin and payments, keeping things running behind the scenes, and making sure the Practice feels calm and welcoming for all who visit.

📅 Part-time (20+ hours/week over 3–4 days)
📍 Based at our friendly Practice in Broomhill, Sheffield
🤝 Supportive team, varied role, and meaningful work

✨”My little boy is now 15 weeks old and has received treatment across the last 4-5 weeks with Chris. I originally researched osteopathy and saw the amazing reviews and how Chris had helped other families with their babies, feel more comfortable. I spoke to Jude on the phone and she was lovely and arrange a call with Chris, so Chris could explain the treatment before I decided to book a consultation. Both Chris and Jude were lovely! My little boy was always smiley at his appointments and I initially brought him with issues related reflux and general fussiness and seeming uncomfortable. Chris worked on tension which was apparent from the first session & since the sessions his tension in his neck is so much better and he now moves more freely and seems a lot more comfortable in himself!
