Twiddle wasn’t a plan on a whiteboard.
It grew out of fussy eating, IBS flare-ups, exhausted evenings, and a quiet belief that food should feel like comfort – not pressure.
I built this business while juggling school runs, corporate deadlines, and a digestive system that was begging for kindness.
Culinary Medicine didn’t just change how I cook, it changed how I live.
