Meet my very own client, Brent

Brent and his lovely wife have been coming to see me for a while and Brent has just achieved his goal of losing 3 stone and the change in him is incredible
It’s never just about the number on the scales but his health and happiness have really improved

The lovely back story is I originally helped Brent’s mum and auntie and then his uncle and more latterly his lovely dad. So it was great when Brent and Lauren came to join the diet approved by all his family

Brent has been focussed since day one and he’s found the plan suits him because he’s out and about all day for his Monday to Friday job.

His favourite meal is the strawberry and oat smoothie plus he also loves the soups

He is now maintaining his loss

So proud of him and especially because I know how much he loves his new energy and look …

Today, on World Menopause Day, we’re sharing Sharon’s incredible journey where she lost a total of 9st 4lbs with The 1:1 Diet. 🌟

Meet Deborah Adams, aka Butterfly! 🦋

Deborah’s journey with The 1:1 Diet began in 2013 when she wanted to lose weight for her wedding.
