✨ Get to know your physio Elly ✨
It’s been a while so thought I’d best re-introduce myself!
I’m a sport and musculoskeletal specialist physio with experience working across a multitude of sports including football, swimming, triathlon, weightlifting, crossfit and running.
I have a level 3 diploma in sports massage and I am a qualified running biomechanics assessor.
My favourite part of the job is injury rehab and helping patients return to their sport or activity. Sometimes this has meant I’ve joined patients on their first runs back! (Photos 5 + 6 as examples) 😆
Over the past couple of years I’ve been the physio for Swim England at the Commonwealth and Olympic trials.
When I’m not working you’ll find me out exploring the Peak District with my dogs or dabbling in CrossFit! 🏔️🐾🏋🏼‍♀️
