A birthday to remember 🎉

Paul is a lifelong Liverpool FC supporter. So, for his birthday, the team arranged a trip to Anfield to visit his favourite club ⚽️

Football has always been a big part of Paul’s life, and being able to spend the day at the stadium meant a lot to him ❤️

He enjoyed a tour of Anfield and a visit to the club’s museum, where he got to see Liverpool’s trophy collection up close 🏆

It was a brilliant day, and Paul didn’t stop smiling. A perfect way to celebrate his birthday 🎂

A heartwarming reunion for mother and daughter ❤️

The team at Roseside - Exemplar Health Care helped one of our residents visit her mum at another care home.

Every detail was carefully planned to make the day special, filled with smiles, laughter, and even some singing! 🎶

Moments like this are why we do what we do - helping people stay connected to the ones they love 💛

What started as one postcard has now grown to 112, thanks to contributions from colleagues at Fairburn Vale and the wider organisation 📮
