It has come to my attention that somebody has left a bad comment about me on the S12 page. Whilst everybody is entitled to their own opinion I would like to just say that if any of my clients have any problems they can speak to me at any point and I will gladly accommodate any issues as much as I can. Unfortunately without going in to this incident most of my clients live alone and this can put me in a very vulnerable situation, on this occasion I had to stop visits which is not something I decided lightly.

So you think you have an ingrown toenail?
This may not be the case, it could be bad nail cutting, damaged nail bed or even a corn at the side of your nail. The list is endless. Below is a photo of a removed corn from the side of the nail bed. These cause pressure and pain and can also become infected.
Get the right person for the job 😊
(P.S this wasn’t the finished job the client wanted to see the hole 😆)

I am just letting people know that I am no longer taking on new clients at this moment in time. I do however have a colleague working alongside me. She is fully qualified, insured and CRB checked. Please note she also does my feet 😊.

Summer is around the corner, whilst having beautiful toes ready for sandals is a must please don’t forget your loved ones. Elderly people can have painful feet caused by corns, overgrown toenails and pressure sores. A quick check once a week can help you see changes and help your loved ones. They don’t always like moaning about stuff because they know you do a lot for them already.

Over the last few weeks I have had a large number of missed appointments. I understand it’s Christmas, money is tighter than usual, everybody’s busier than usual. However I am self employed I don’t get a set a wage, if you’re not at home when I call I don’t have time to fill the appointment and I have wasted petrol getting to you. This is all at a cost to me, I don’t get paid for holidays, I don’t get sick pay nobody pays for my car or my tools. So when you think it’s ok she can change my appointment please think again. I am now implementing the 3 strike rule.
1 missed appointment - accidents happen
2 missed appointments- this will incur a £5 charge plus full payment at the next appointment
3 missed appointments- you will be taken off my books I will not be visiting again
I have turned a lot of people away wanting appointments for Christmas if you don’t want or need your appointment please call or text giving me notice.
