When life gives you lemons… you upgrade your tech!!!

Yesterday started with a bit more drama than i usually plan. 7am and a near fire in the salon is not how I like my mornings to start. However it did. Daisy (as always) came to my rescue and helped get rid of the smoke and the smell and clean up. Thank you! Team effort as always...

I always try to see the positive and I do as it could have been a whole lot worse!

So, now a brand new laser machine is now on its way and I am excited to move into a more advanced level of hair removal.

I’ve always worked with SHR technology and this new system still offers that same smooth, comfortable treatment. The upgrade is in the diode laser technology. Diode lasers target the hair follicle more precisely and reach deeper into the skin, which means better reduction and longer lasting results and improved effectiveness on different hair types.

It also has titanium ice cooling for even more comfort during treatment.

I can’t wait to start offering this improved service.

As always when I bring new equipment in, I’ll be looking for models to try it out, give feedback and compare it to the previous machine.

I've been trying the lavender candle and someone bought a baby powder one yesterday.

I must say I have low expectations of the lavender one and the smell is quite gentle, once it was burning it was stronger than i thought it would be.

The feedback from the baby powder one speaks for itself... 💜
