We’re looking for a Service Manager, but to succeed in this role, you need to be more than a manager...

You need to be an inspirational leader, a great communicator and someone who's ready to advocate for the people we support.

Here’s what we need from you (experience, skills, qualifications, etc):

➡️ Proven experience in care management and leading a team
➡️ Strong working knowledge of CQC compliance and care regulations
➡️ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care (Level 5 or willingness to complete within 12 months)
➡️ Solid IT skills and confident managing care documentation
➡️ Full UK driving licence and access to a car
➡️ Experience with rota management, performance reviews, and staff training (desirable)
➡️ Excellent problem-solving skills and a calm, collaborative leadership style (desirable)
➡️ A track record of safeguarding and promoting wellbeing (desirable).

In return, our new Service Manager will receive:

👉 Ensure all services consistently meet or exceed CQC compliance standards.
👉 Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of Support Workers to deliver high-quality, person-centred support.
👉 Oversee support plans, risk assessments, and client documentation, ensuring they are tailored, current, and understood.
👉 Collaborate closely with families, health professionals, and external agencies.
