Physical symptoms show up where you least expect them, when you’re unaligned with your values ❤️‍🔥

Your body will often make it known when something doesn’t feel right or good

Maybe it’s a change in sleep quality, maybe it’s a lack of enjoyment or energy in everyday things, maybe it’s dulling of the skin…

Eventually, you’ve got to take the time to wake up that mind of yours and try to see the wood for the trees 🌲

Testing times are simply opportunities for growth and beautiful lessons about ourselves…

For me I already knew but this situation reaffirmed it…
