Here is my most up to date availability for March.

If you wanted to try the combination reflexology treatment,please get in touch.

The treatment starts with a facial cleanse, a hot towel to remove the cleanser. Then, I apply a nourishing facial elixir, the facial reflexology is specifically for relaxation. Then, the treatment moves to the feet, and you have 35 - 40 minutes of foot reflexology. All of this for £45 in March.

Having trained in foot reflexology in 2016, my love of reflexology and seeing the amazing effects it has on us all. I decided I'd develop my skill further. I trained in the Ziggie Berman method of facial reflexology at the London School of Reflexology in 2017.

So if you don't like your feet being touched, no issues. I also offer the hugely relaxing facial reflexology. This can be a 45 minute stand alone treatment, or I can combine it with foot reflexology.

Each reflexology is tailored to your personal needs, and I will also show you reflexes on your hands. You can work at home to ensure you gain the long-term benefits.

I've seen so many people this month taking advantage of the facial and foot reflexology package.

Some of the messages I've had back is that people feel completely relaxed, calm, and have an increased overall feeling of well-being.

This treatment starts with a facial cleanse and then a hot towel to relax facial muscles and to remove cleaner. Then, a wonderful facial reflexology for relaxation, followed up by foot reflexology.

Here is my most upto date availability. As the offer of combination reflexology (face and feet) for £45 has been so popular, I am carrying this over into March. So, for the whole of March, all reflexology will be a combination treatment.

If you need some time out for yourself, now is the time. I promise you will float out of the room.

The effects of reflexology don't finish as you leave. Many people report feeling so much better for days later. Better mood,better sleep, less hormonal, less aches, the list goes on.

It's a bit of a funny age, hormonal changes are happening, and big changes with transitions to senior school are on the horizon.

Reflexology works wonders for balancing hormones, inducing
calm and relaxation. This can help lower anxiety.

For all bookings taken in February, I will upgrade you. So, if you book for foot reflexology, you'll be upgraded to the combination treatment. This is 20 minutes of stress busting facial reflexology, followed by 40 minutes of foot reflexology.

The treatment starts with a facial cleanse with a hot towel, application of a wonderful facial elixir and treatment, and then finishing with foot reflexology.
