More than just an arm workout 💪

Here are 3 exercises you might see in a Pilates class that don’t just tone your arms… they provide maximum results in minimum time (because who doesn’t love bang for their buck?! 😁).

No weights? No problem! Champagne bottles will do 😉

🙌 30 mins expert led Pilates warm up with - designed specifically for padel (no experience needed) to help you move better and recover faster.
🎾 1 hour of padel with padel coach on hand throughout to guide, support, and improve your play:
