Ego work is the process of understanding the parts of you that learned to protect, defend, hide, or hold you back.
Not because you’re flawed,
but because at some point those patterns kept you safe.
When you see that:
✔️ Your self-doubt has a story
✔️ Your overwhelm has an origin
✔️ Your reaction has a root
…you realize none of it means anything is wrong with you.
Your ego begins to work with you.
Those learned responses your younger self created to cope, belong, survive, or be loved are no longer needed.
And as the internal battles lessen, there’s less reason to defend, fight, or hide.
You begin to trust yourself.
Your compassion for yourself and others grows.
Your ego becomes your friend. 🤍

A wonderfully relaxing experience to support the whole mind and body.

Practicing both Reiki (Japanese origin) and Sekhem (Egyptian origin) I love to be creative with sharing this wonderful energy. Energy Healing is gentle, safe and non intrusive..

Remote Group Energy Healing is sent 'over the airwaves' through visualisation, intention and surrogacy. Imagining and working as if you are with me. The power and amplification of a group scenario is phenomenal.

What I do: Set up as if you are with me and perform the session.

What you do: Find somewhere comfortable, where you won't be disturbed. Have a glass of water with you and something to write with, in case something comes up that you want to remember.

I am truly excited by this and look forward to holding the space every Sunday around 8pm for those of you wanting to join in.
