The Monthly
a regular returning to yourself.

I’ve created something simple and steady for women who are holding a lot.

Not another programme.
Not a quick fix.
Just a place to kick back, switch off — once a month — and come back to yourself.

The Monthly is gentle, ongoing 1:1 support for your nervous system, emotions, and inner compass - with first dibs on the diary!

Consistency changes things.

Journalling isn’t just about pen and paper — it’s a journey of self-discovery and clarity.

I love to call it The Journal of Self-Discovery. Your journal becomes your space provider, capturing every thought, intention, and moment of reflection. Your very own coach!
Through introspection, you connect with your inner wisdom—your sat nav—and align with your very own Her Indoors!

Journalling doesn’t have to feel hard, overwhelming, or like something you resist. It’s an invitation to reconnect with yourself, to create a space where your thoughts and feelings flow freely. A place to track your emotions, reflect on your growth, and shape your ok future.

I’ve been journalling for years—experimenting with all kinds of journals before settling on a simple page-a-day A4 diary. Now, I’ve taken my practice digital, and I love having a space to capture thoughts anytime, anywhere.I’d love to share this practice with YOU!

Introducing the 31-Day Journalling Experience (Experience—because challenge sounds too much like hard work!)

Not sure what to write? I’ll send you a daily email with a simple prompt to guide you.
Don’t have the perfect notebook? Grab any piece of paper—we’re not letting perfectionism delay your journey!

Think you don’t have time? I’ll show you how to make it easy, enjoyable, with the theory stuff too!

It’s FREE. It’s FUN.

And it might just change your life.

On the stroke of midnight tonight, you can resolve to be better, if you like…
to be fitter,
to eat cleaner,
to work harder.

On the stroke of midnight tonight,
you can resolve to become a whole new you,
if you so choose.

Or, you can take a moment to acknowledge what you already are.
Because it’s a lot.
You are a lot.

And you deserve to be truly seen.

On the stroke of midnight tonight, perhaps you could congratulate yourself, for coping.
For breaking, again,
for rebuilding, again.

For catching the stones life has thrown at you,
and using them to build your castle that little bit more beautifully.

And if you have used those stones to block yourself in for the ‘heal’, perhaps you can realign them this year. Make a grander gate, not a higher wall.

You have endured, my friend.
Through times you thought unendurable. You did.

And I don’t see the need to resolve to become a whole new you,
when you are already so very much indeed.

Happy new year.

You made it.

Now let us face another 365 day-turn, arms wide…
accepting, embracing and ‘seeing’ one other,
for all we truly are…

breaks and all.

Positively Affecting Change.

Now, if someone told me 14 years ago that experiencing my first ever reflexology treatment would not only significantly change my life, my family’s life, our teams’ lives and of course our clients’ lives, I would have have never believed a word of it!

Overwhelmingly blown away by the power and insight of what felt and appeared to be a treatment not dissimilar to a foot massage. I experienced an absolutely empty mind, a body feeling like I had the most amazing restorative full body massage and a therapist who picked up on a health condition before my GP! Really??

Purely to satisfy my curiosity, I chose to train as a reflexologist so that I could try and understand what this incredible therapist could see and feel in my feet. The intention was to ‘do’ reflexology as a hobby when we got round to having a family as my design work at the time presented me with amazing nationwide and global opportunities which meant I pretty much lived out of a suitcase, coming home to do my laundry!

Interestingly, the story that I told myself is exactly what has happened. We’ve extended our family, (through reflexology of course! Because being over 40, I was ‘geriatric’ and highly unlikely to ever have my own kids). What I do certainly feels like a hobby as I have never been so in love with how I spend my time.
