Itโ€™s October 1st. A fresh month. A perfect moment to take the first step and finally decide: this is the time to work on myself.

Over the last few weeks, Iโ€™ve seen two types of women.

The first type took action in September.

The holidays were done, the kids were back in school, and they made a decision to prioritise themselves.

Four weeks later, theyโ€™ve dropped a clothing size, lost 10 -15 lbs, and have energy back in their lives.

The sunshine always gets me thinking.

I've noticed people often fall into a few common groups when it comes to their body and health:

Some say they're happy with their body, but when the summer holiday season arrives, they secretly wish to lose weight or drop a clothes size to fit better in their outfits and feel more confident.

Body Transformer BootCamp has a mission of transforming the physical, mental & emotional wellbeing of women and men in Sheffield.

We will help you to lose weight, to become healthier and fitter and to feel great by boosting your confidence with our 'Group Training' or 'PT' workouts that are proven to be effective whilst being fun.

We workout indoors and outdoors and now online with groups of friendly, likeminded and non-judgemental people. You will become a member of our awesome Bootcamp family!
