💬 I’ve had quite a few messages recently from women 40+ in Sheffield saying things like…

“I really want to join, but…”
“I’m interested, I’m just not sure if it’s right for me…”

So I wanted to answer the most common worries I hear, because if you’re thinking them, I promise you’re not alone ❤️

👉 “I don’t have much time.”
That’s exactly who this is built for. Sessions are short, effective and designed around busy lives. You don’t need to live in the gym to see results.

💭 Feeling a bit frustrated that January hasn’t gone to plan?

You started with good intentions…
Then life got busy.
Energy dropped.
Confidence maybe took a knock.

And now it feels like:
“What's the point, I’ve already fallen behind…”

Let me say this clearly and kindly 👉 you haven’t failed.

We’re already 22 days into January… and for a lot of people that can feel a bit frustrating.

Some are already seeing results from the goals they set for 2026.

Body Transformer BootCamp has a mission of transforming the physical, mental & emotional wellbeing of women and men in Sheffield.

We will help you to lose weight, to become healthier and fitter and to feel great by boosting your confidence with our 'Group Training' or 'PT' workouts that are proven to be effective whilst being fun.

We workout indoors and outdoors and now online with groups of friendly, likeminded and non-judgemental people. You will become a member of our awesome Bootcamp family!
