🚨Today our CEO Sharon and other Be Caring colleagues are in Westminster, standing alongside fellow care providers at the Day of Action.

🧡At Be Caring we remain committed to improving terms and conditions for care workers, ensuring 𝐟𝐚𝐢𝐫 𝐩𝐚𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐠𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 for the vital work they do. Our block pay model is just one of the ways we are driving change – paying colleagues for their full time at work, not just contact time, to create 𝐬𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 for our colleagues and an improved care experience for our clients.

Be Caring Sheffield had an incredible time at the Overseas Workers Event! It was filled with insightful workshops and vibrant stalls, where we connected with so many passionate individuals and organizations. A big thank you to the Sheffield City Council, Care Quality Commission, Home Office, and all the care provider who joined us. Your presence and participation made the event truly special.

We are proud to be part of a community that values and supports overseas workers. Together, we are building a more inclusive and caring Sheffield. ❤️

We are pleased to share the results of our most recent colleague survey which show that we have maintained or improved in all areas!

Be Caring is celebrating its highest ever colleague advocacy score with 87% of colleagues recommending them as a place to work, a 15% increase on the previous year.
