💫 Improving confidence is what we do. Our clients have told us that they can do even more fun things in their life because of what they have achieved in our yoga, Pilates and strength classes.

Many have back pain, knee troubles, knee or hip replacements, they're busy professionals who have decided to Choose Themselves, strengthen their body and unwind their mind.

Join us for a two-hour Pilates workshop for anyone who sits too much, feels stiff or achy, and wants to move more without exhausting workouts or the gym.

This workshop is about giving your body the attention it deserves, focusing on movement that leaves you feeling capable, comfortable, and confident - guided in a small, supportive group.

Imagine going home with a bad neck and your other half saying "don't worry, I'll give you a nice massage to make you feel better"

Take some time out and learn how to help each other feel better.

This hands-on workshop is designed for any two people - friends, partners, family members - who want to learn simple, effective massage techniques for easing tight shoulders, sore necks, and everyday tension.

You’ll learn how to give and receive a relaxing massage safely and confidently, with clear guidance from a qualified therapist.

We’ll focus on practical techniques that can help with:
💆 Headaches and neck tension
💪 Stiff shoulders and upper back tightness
😌 General stress and tiredness

No experience is needed - just bring a buddy and a willingness to learn.

🧘‍♀️ Ever been to a yoga class and it's packed out so can't really see what the teacher is doing?
- Was the first class full of instructions, words and jargon and had no idea what they meant?!
- Did anyone explain what was going on?!

➡️ We offer a free taster class for people who want to try a class, no obligation.

In all of our classes every new person will be welcomed by a friendly assistant and teacher who will find out:
👉 any health issues that need to be understood eg arthritis, back aches, dodgy necks/shoulders/etc
👉 what each person wants to achieve from the class e.g. relaxation, Me Time, De-stress, a stretched out body
👉 if there's any brand newbies who've never done yoga before and need help understanding what's going on

💜 We specialise in people who need a more thorough approach, but we don't go Gentle Yoga! Our classes are for people who want to get stronger, feel supple and stay active.

We only have 12 people per class, we know all of our members by name and what they come to class for. Many arrive early to have a chat (with us and with each other) before we start.

Classes are planned for the people booked in (we don't have PAYG for this reason) which means that everyone gets what they want out of our classes - Every Time.

Tonight's classes are going online and the studio will not be open.

I have decided to put both of tonight's classes online. I've been umming and ahhing about this and I think it's better if we plan to stay home.

- If you are currently booked into class you will have received a link to class so that you can join
- If you are booked on and don't want to join online, please let us know. Leave your booking as it is and we will check everyone in as if they attend to avoid a late cancel on your account on this occasion
- If you have a Move Me membership you will have your credit restored if you late cancel (within 12 hours)
- If you want to do the class please book in and we will send you the link to join in
- If you have never used the Zoom platform before it might be a good idea to download it to your device and have a practice with it.

I think it's best to be decisive, even if it turns out to be a false alarm.

I will make a decision about tomorrow mornings classes early doors and let you know. If you think you are going to be snowed in or are not likely to come to class it is better to cancel now (even if you risk missing out) and anyone who cancels will be sent an online link if we decide to teach online in the morning.
