Krithika has been teaching our Beginner's Yoga class on a Tuesday evening and has converted our members into Aum/Om chanting fans!

She qualified as a Physiotherapist over the summer and has now received a job offer as a full time physio in London!

πŸ‘Ž Ever been to a Pilates or yoga class and it's packed out so can't really see what the teacher is doing?
πŸ‘Ž Was the first class full of instructions, words and jargon and had no idea what they meant?!
Did anyone explain what was going on?!

😊 In all of our classes every new person will be welcomed by a friendly assistant and teacher who will find out:
- any health issues that need to be understood eg arthritis, back aches, dodgy necks/shoulders/etc
- what each person wants to achieve from the class e.g. relaxation, Me Time, De-stress, a stretched out body
- if there's any brand newbies who've never done Pilates, yoga or strength before and need help understanding what's going on

We specialise in people who need a more thorough approach. We know all of our members by name and what they come to class for. Many arrive early to have a chat (with us and with each other) before we start. Classes are planned for the people booked in (we don't have PAYG/drop ins for this reason) which means that everyone gets what they want out of our classes - Every Time.

We have:
β˜‘οΈ energising morning classes
β˜‘οΈ de-stressing evening classes
β˜‘οΈ strengthening classes
β˜‘οΈ stretching classes
β˜‘οΈ classes for balance
β˜‘οΈ classes for people who like to have a laugh

The average age of our members is 52 and most of them want to get some Me time, de-stress, stretch their body out and be more flexible and tone up.

🌟 In your 40s, 50s, 60s or 70s and want to be stronger but don't want to join a gym?

This is Diane. Diane has a granddaughter with additional needs and Diane wants to be able to lift, carry and play with her. Diane also travels Europe in her campervan, plays tennis and long walks with her dog.

Diane does Strength sessions with us because she wants to be an active Nanna, keep playing tennis and all the other activities she enjoys. She has been coming to yoga and Pilates classes with us for some time which is why she can already have weights on the bar.

❓❗️ Clueless about using weights and don't want to look daft..?
Or get injured doing the wrong thing?
But you want to improve your bone density...
Maybe you've been to a gym and they're smelly and loud, and you don't know what you're doing.

If the shortcut worked it would be called The Way.

These ladies here believe in patience and consistency. Some have been coming for weeks, and some have been coming for years.

The one thing they have in common is that they're all invested in having a strong body so that they can do the things in life they enjoy.

Strong, healthy bodies don't happen by accident. They happen by design.

Our classes are designed by our teachers to strengthen and stretch the people in the room. Not just a routine we hope you can keep up with!
