Not every bodies body is the same every day.

We teach the people in the room, on that day.
Not the person they were last week.
Not who they want to be.
Not who they're telling us they are.

In the warm up we assess the class. Their mood. Their movements. Their words. And that's who we teach 🧘‍♀️

We meet you where you're at 💜

Our classes aren't a performance. We let you listen to and move your body in a way that's right for you today.

Our Breath Work Workshop, last Saturday was a hit!

Breathwork is simply the practice of paying attention to and controlling how you breathe. By deliberately changing the speed, depth, or rhythm of your breath, you can influence how you feel - calming yourself down when anxious, boosting your energy when tired, or clearing your mind when stressed. It's one of the simplest and most accessible wellness tools out there, requiring no equipment and just a few minutes of your time.
