Vicki is our Member Support legend and Pilates teacher, and she came to us by making one of the best career decisions in human history — quitting university life to teach people how to engage their core. Truly inspirational stuff.

By day she will fix your booking, correct your form, and have a spreadsheet open that you didn't ask about and won't fully understand. There are tabs. So many tabs. Colour coded. She's fine.

She also runs our book club and walking group because apparently just working here wasn't enough involvement in your lives, she wants to know what you're reading AND how fast you're walking.

Outside of the studio you'll find her doing crafts, eating cake, or striding across the countryside, and if you're very lucky she'll combine all three. A bona fide smarty pants with her PhD by the way, which explains absolutely everything about the spreadsheets 🎓

We genuinely don't know how this place ran before her. It didn't, really. Things were dark. Then Vicki arrived with her colour-coded systems and her cake and suddenly everything made sense.

We love her. You will too.

At our massage academy, we believe that understanding the body is the foundation of exceptional therapeutic practice.

We're thrilled to be launching our brand new Level 4 massage therapy training and we're looking for our very first cohort of students to be part of something exciting from the very beginning.

This programme goes far beyond technique, immersing students in anatomy, physiology, and the science of movement, so they develop a genuine confidence in how they work with the human body.

🙌 Training as a massage therapist at Level 4 means you're not just learning how to use your hands, you're learning how to listen, assess, and respond to each individual client with knowledge and intuition.

As founding students on this course, you'll be part of a close-knit group embarking on a journey together, with dedicated support every step of the way.

Our graduates will leave with the skill, awareness, and professional credibility to build a rewarding career in health and wellness.

➡️ Why most people over 40 quit the gym (and what actually works instead)

You don't lack discipline. You've spent careers looking after other people — patients, students, entire classrooms and wards running on your energy alone. Discipline isn't the problem.

The problem is that most fitness options are either built for 25 year olds, or so gentle they don't actually do anything. And somewhere between the bootcamp that wrecked your back and the yoga class that felt more like a nap, you quietly stopped prioritising it.

Here's what we see working for people in their 40s and 50s:
👉 Consistency over intensity. The goal isn't to destroy yourself on a Tuesday. It's to still be moving well at 60, 70, and beyond. Hard enough to make a difference. Smart enough not to set you back.
