Do you often find yourself caught up in anxious thoughts? Would you like to be able to stop worrying so much and live with more ease? Then this may be the mindfulness programme for you! It includes four in person 90 minute sessions where a blend of psychoeducation and guided meditations will help to change the way you relate to and direct your thoughts. I’ll also provide a range of guided meditations, handouts and exercises for you to take away to practice at home in-between sessions and beyond the course. Total cost for the programme is £295.
