As 2025 comes to a close, I’m taking a moment to pause and reflect not just on what I’ve done, but on how much I’ve grown along the way.
This year has been shaped by incredible people, meaningful conversations, and the continued commitment to learning and evolving. I invested in further education, kept training, and stayed curious because growth in health, business, and life never stands still.
I had the privilege of speaking at two conferences, Harrogate and Oxford sharing knowledge, experience, and passion for inner health, skin, and longevity. Standing on those stages was a reminder of why education and integrity will always sit at the heart of everything I do.
2025 was also the year became a reality a brand built on the belief that true confidence, energy, and longevity start from within. Launching it was equal parts exciting and humbling, and I’m so grateful for the support, trust, and encouragement along the way.
None of this happens alone. I’m thankful for the people who supported, challenged, inspired, and believed even on the quieter days when progress felt slow.
I’m ending this year proud, grounded, and deeply motivated.
2026 feels full of possibility, new learning, a and development. I can’t wait to see feel and rise to the challenge. 🖤🤍🖤
