Customer notice - Due to a problem with the flat above the shop appointments this evening and potentially in the morning are affected. Just a reminder - our last working day is next sunday the 20th July 🫶💕 Thankyou for all your continued support over the last few weeks, it truly means the world 🫶 - ‼️ I am currently not taking any NEW bookings as i am fully booked, but have spaces for those appointments that have had to be rescheduled and gift vouchers that are outstanding ‼️

Difficult announcement - After a short but lovely time with opening The Zen lounge due to a number of reasons (a lot of you are already aware and have been so so supportive and gorgeous throughout this difficult time!) The Zen Lounge will be closing at the end of July. 💔
✨All appointments are still booked and secure and all gift vouchers outstanding have been messaged to get booked in! It has been a very difficult but necessary decision to make. This post could go on forever so i will stop it here, please feel free to get in touch for further information and updates. Just a polite reminder - my salon is not open 24/7 ✨
I do not answer messages/ phone calls as soon as they come through, i dedicate what small time i have during the day spare to this when i can. I’m having people message me anytime from 5-8am in the morning and after 11pm at night and then due to getting no response straight away are then calling me / messaging me becoming abusive. 🥴 - I unfortunately will not tolerate this, your appointment will be cancelled as verbal abuse and clients like this are not people i want in my salon.
I am just one person! I do not mind at all you re-messaging me if i have taken a while to get back to you as sometimes i do forget, i am only human😊 Love Lisa 🖤

🐶Today we have Rupert in the salon this afternoon. He’s made himself right at home with his blanket and checking out the snack trolley! Our clients have been loving the puppy therapy 🐶🖤🫶

Please familiarise yourself with the new policies below - Card captures are now in place on all future bookings. Appointments cannot be booked without card details and will now be charged for late cancellations & no shows.

I’ve been really quiet on here lately as i have had ALOT going on with the shop, my other job and personal life! Anyone that’s self employed understands sometimes we just go through patchs like this where you need to take a step back, reflect and approach with a different strategy and head space! And that’s exactly what i’ve done! There will be a few changes with the shop including policy’s, working times and days, prices & treatments that are offered and a loyalty scheme implemented! ✨These will all be rolled out and updated within the next week!
