What a lovely evening spent talking about the job I love, what it entails and how I work. Also chatting bone health and how we can best support ourselves to future proof our bodies and remain strong, active and independent. Finished the event with some foot and ankle mobility exercises and balance exercises which are simple and easy to incorporate into your daily routine. Thank you all the ladies of .wi for inviting me to talk and for being so welcoming and receptive and interested in the discussion.
