                                            It's feeling so Autumny.  Have you put your heating on yet? 
It's definitely time to shake things up, make changes, and take action so that we can finish the year functioning and feeling our best.
⏬️ Seasonal self-care check⬇️
Physical: Slowing down. More Pilates, gentle yoga, stretching, restful sleep, and nourishing autumn foods like soups, roasted root vegetables, and warm teas.
Spiritual: Spending time in inner reflection. Journaling, meditation,  quiet nature walks, and setting intentions for the months ahead.
Home: Creating a cosy, grounding environment with soft blankets, warm lighting, candles, and autumn scents like cinnamon or woodsmoke.
Gratitude: Acknowledging the beauty of the season and being aware of daily blessings. 
Mindfulness: slowing down daily tasks, and soaking in the sights, smells, and textures of autumn.
