I’m really looking forward to both playing and facilitating this Cacao Circle and gathering again. 🌿

Last time I did this, I ended up unexpectedly in the jungle — a truly unforgettable ceremonial journey.

The Prosperity Portals ceremony has deepened and evolved over time, shaped by the tangible outcomes it’s helped produce. Previous participants have experienced abundant travel, financial windfalls, emotional and physical healing within family lines, new relationships, and long-standing blocks beginning to move.

Clarity, heart, and intention really are key to creating. It can feel so hard in the modern world to find the time and sacred space — this gathering offers exactly that.

It feels like we're seeing a clear step away from the old 'new year new me' narrative.
The same resolutions that were repeated every January and were more than not unobtainable, unsustainable and rooted in a conditioning of constantly needing to fix ourselves!
A beautiful shift of people choosing a slower, more intentional start, the way nature intended.
Wellness-led classes, mindful movement, strength, mobility, Pilates, Yoga, walking and recovery are taking centre stage.
Practices designed to be sustainable, holistic, fun and not just endured for a few weeks.

I find I need balance between the indulgence days of Christmas otherwise I become irritable and bloated.
So, today I'm making a vegan peanut butter curry from my 100 Vegan recipe book .
Made with organic, smooth peanut butter, coconut milk, chickpeas. lentils, red pepper, ginger, garlic,soy sauce and a touch of maple syrup.

The Pause Before the Peak - Pilates
The pause before the peak: The anticipation is building, the to-do lists are full, emotions are close to the surface, and the nervous system is already leaning toward overstimulation.

Pilates invites you to arrive before the rush. A practice to meet the day before it meets you.

Mindful movement rather than motion for motion’s sake, intentional alignment instead of hurried energy, grounding focus rather than scattered effort.

Controlled breathing supports calm focus and regulation of the nervous system.

Core engagement strengthens stability and creates a sense of grounded presence.

Mindful movement increases body awareness and helps release tension from the shoulders, neck, and back.

Solstice blessings everyone.
I have just begun my 3 day winter solstice practice,
For me this an alignment and regeneration that lasts for months.
The sacred feminine polarity is so strong at this time of year, and so easy to access when we bring ourselves to meet with it.
My 3 dayer consists of:
A forgiveness process, as anything unresolved with the feminine can mean we muss out on the miracle of this sacred polarity
A shamanic flower bath to bring in that eternal blooming energy.
A reset of my Pachamama crystal to come into the 50/50 equilibrium, of life being 50% your responsibility and 50% the divine.
I finish with a dance of circles to close old cycles and opens new ones.
A very simple way to renew yourself at this time of year can be to simply say ' anything that doesn't serve me is not for me' And mean it .

Thank you, thank you to the beautiful people who gathered with us for the final ceremony of 2025.
With the powerful sound from King Gong, the sweetness of Cacaoo, and a touch of Mayan Magic , we closed this chapter with grace and fun.
