Had the privilege of writing for the lovely Sue Baxter for the second year running in the 4* dressage at Chatsworth International Horse Trials 2023 Live today. Such a lovely lady, full of knowledge she is more than happy to share - the 8 hours flew by so Thankyou so much Sue!x

So me and Henry are off to the Teamquest reigonal finals tomorrow at port royal with Ellie Buxton and Jess Wasley! Fingers crossed the boy behaves and looks after me with my gammy foot!!!!

Another one of BEDE’s fantastically organised events is East Midlands based, Shelford Manor. Ok folks, page has been quiet for a while, but seeing how I have now qualified for badminton grassroots 2016 I thought I had best up my game!! Me and Henry have had a fab year competing both British dressage and British eventing, but I have also been lucky to have some fab horses in to ride and sell! I do have one livery vacancy available from next week if anyone interested?! I am still available for freelance teaching and start my new job Nvq assessing for stubbing court as of next month. In the mean time, have a family 5 days at burghley planned next week followed by horse shopping in Ireland the week after and centre parks with family and friends the week after that! Busy September ahead!!! 👍😃

So far having a busy busy winter! Lord Henry is registered with both bd and bs over the winter period before the eventing season starts again In march- his next bs is moorhouse on 5th jan and bd at parklands 17th jan! My new mare- saffy is proving to be a little star and I'm hoping she will be Henry's understudy at events next season! She has proved herself at unaffiliated dressage so far and is off to trailblazers sj on 12th jan so will see how that goes! Also have been lucky enough to ride a lovely promising 5yr old potential eventer who belongs to Annie Everard called flint! He is a big star!! Also working with a nice 3 yr old at the minute who belongs to Jane Robinson and is also related to flint! Hoping to have a couple of weeks chill time over Xmas but have a lesson with Olympic rider Nicola Wilson this Friday on lord H so really looking forward to that!! Merry Christmas peeps!!
