Aaaaaand we are back on the mat!

Monday and Wednesday pilates are full.
A few spaces available in the following:
Monday Fusion (mix of pilates and yoga) at High Storrs school 6-6.45pm
Tuesday online yoga 6.30-7.30pm
Wednesday yoga at High Storrs school 7-7.55pm
Friday online pilates 10-11am
