Upper back twists, also known as thoracic rotations, are exercises that improve the mobility and flexibility of the upper back, which can help relieve pain and improve posture. These twists can be performed in various positions, including seated, standing, or lying down, and can involve using props like pillows or blocks for support.

I will be putting some videos up with options for you to try at home to help get rid of the pain and stiffness

Take it in your stride. Good luck to everyone running the Sheffield half marathon today!

When we run we need to get a good stride to allow the glut max (the big bum muscle on the back of your bottom) to kick in. This will leave you pain free after your run πŸ™‚
