Teaching reflexology for palliative care has been such a meaningful and inspiring journey ✨👣
From blindfold exercises and sensory awareness work to using stretchy men, chakra techniques, meditative approaches, air reflexology, energy work, and beyond — learning has been hands-on, creative, emotional, and surprisingly fun at times too! 💙
What makes palliative care reflexology so special is that it’s not just about techniques. It’s about learning how to offer comfort, calm, connection, and compassionate support during some of life’s most vulnerable moments.
We’ve been exploring how reflexology can help create safe, nurturing spaces for people living with serious illness — supporting relaxation, emotional wellbeing, gentle human connection, and quality of life through caring touch.
Every session reminds me that reflexology is more than a treatment… it’s about presence, empathy, listening, and meaningful care 🌿
Grateful for the learning, the laughter, the amazing people involved, and the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally on this path 👣✨
