Nia class this Thursday 15th January!

We revisit the routine Soul. I've added more options to move in a way that's right for your body. We can try a bit of sounding out too (e.g making a noise when we do a move like a strike - great for emotional release and calming).

Earthy and raw, this
routine blends the percussive, live instrumentation of Native American music with thick electronic beats, awakening the primal dance within.

I find this routine very grounding with the drumming and native Amercian singing in the music.

Looking forward to our Christmas class next week.

Our focus will be on joy, laughter and lightness. We still need and deserve to feel these things even when there are difficult and sad things going on in our lives and in the world.

This is why in our classes we sometimes go up and down to the floor a few times - i'm not just being awkward 🙃
But we always take our time coming up and down, rolling up slowly and choosing positions right for your body.
