Our cooking group had an interesting day on Friday. Their challenge was to cook something they wouldn't necessarily choose to eat. They had to try new vegetables that they hadn't rated before. They tasted lots of different vegetables in three different ways - Raw / Cooked / Roasted

And you can see from their faces, this wasn't an easy challenge.

In the end they made a very tasty vegetable soup & a chicken stir-fry 👍😋
