I’ve been there.

Typed out the message.
Deleted it.
Typed it again.
Deleted it again.

Weeks went by before I finally hit send.
I wasn’t looking for another ā€œtrainerā€.

I was looking for someone who actually got me…
someone who would help me become the man I knew I could be inside and outside the gym.

That DM changed everything!!!
