Join us for 4 sessions with Sarah, a qualified and experienced instructor who offers menopause awareness and support through yoga, mindfulness, and education.

Sarah will be delivering four sessions, these will have three parts:
- Education and awareness session, explaining how physical activity can benefit women during and after menopause.
- Ladies circle, where the participants will share their experiences, feelings, and advice with each other in a supportive and confidential environment.
- Movement session, where Sarah will guide the participants through yoga and Pilates exercises, breathing techniques, mindfulness practices, and self-massage techniques.

Individual sessions starting on Saturday 31 May, Saturday 7 June, Saturday 14 June and Saturday 21 June at 10-am -12pm.

There are just a few spaces at Roundhouse Library for your free Peri/Menopause Yoga with a qualified and experienced instructor who offers menopause awareness and support through yoga, mindfulness, and education.

Please note that this is a block booking of four sessions and if you booked on this event you are committing to all four sessions on Saturday 15th Feb, Saturday 22nd Feb, Saturday 1st March and Saturday 8th March .

Free Yoga matt on completion of attending the four sessions, please book per person.

These are all new groups and a chance to connect with your community through the Autumn months. The classes are inclusive, supportive and fun and suitable for everybody. As a Senior Exercise Specialist I am qualified to work with health conditions and adapt exercises.

Just to avoid any further disruptions and alarm in class.

Yes I am ok, yes I am ok to teach classes this week. In fact what I teach in class is far more gentle than what I do in my own practice.

As many of you know I have an inherited heart and valve condition. I have had surgery and a number of procedures in the past. In fact it is due to my conditions that I have committed to movement practices the whole of my life.

For me movement, mindfulness and healthy eating is a daily event, not something that I dip in and out of. That is why I have most likely maintained my health so far.

Many of you know that I have struggled with a number of health conditions this year. I am now back in the safe hands of my cardiologist whilst we assess how my condition is progressing.

So feel assured that my lumpy wires are nothing to cause you concern and I am not about to keel over in classes this week, just like I haven’t for all the 8 years I have been teaching you 🤣🙏🤣

This holiday home is truly like home from home. The house cat joins me for yoga, just like my cats do at home. She also brought me a present mid practice, however this was a lizard rather than the regular mouse I get at home. 😬🐈🦎🐁😬
