A few tips for the night before:

 Hydrate well, but donโt overdo it right before bed.

 Eat a balanced meal โ think carbs, protein, and something familiar (nowโs not the time to experiment!).

 Lay out your kit and pin that race number early to avoid morning stress.

 Get a good nightโs sleep โ even if youโre excited or nervous, rest matters.
