Today was the day to update my Counselling Directory profile. If you've been wondering about therapy and wondering about working with me, why not go take a peek?

"I believe you are the expert on your own life. Often, when we experience something overwhelming like a difficult personal history, a toxic workplace, or being let down by the people and systems that were supposed to keep us safe, the ground beneath us can start to feel shaky. It’s common to feel on edge or like you can’t trust your own gut anymore. I don’t see these as symptoms or a disorder; I see them as your mind’s way of trying to keep you safe in an unsafe world."

It's OK to reach out for help and support if you need it. Everyone deserves compassion and kindness.

If you're ready to reach out for support and have your needs accepted, please do get in touch.
