🎈 Can you believe it’s our 1st year birthday next week? 🎂

🥰365 days of welcoming old and new patients into The Hub for physiotherapy, joint & soft tissue injections 💉, sports massage, vitamin shots & a whole lot more.

💪 We have grown from strength to strength and honestly loved every minute 🕰️

🫶It’s not been easy, in fact it’s been hours of dedicated work & commitment to achieve our ultimate goal……

💙 To provide you all with clinically researched, evidence based treatment that’s affordable and effective.

🤩Did you know that at The Hub, Boss 1 & Boss 2 are absolute legends in avulsing hamstrings & therefore rehabbing them?!

🤡 Yes, both us twerps decided at over 50 years of age we could do the splits! 💃 Only to partially snap the muscle from the bone.🦴

👌🏻These events have solidified our knowledge in 3 ways……

1- We appear to have a hamstring pandemic at The Hub 😷

2- We can NOT do the splits 🍌

3- We are absolutely TOP notch in diagnosing, and treating such problems!🙌🏻🙌🏻

👉🏼If you have a hamstring issue, firstly, you can join our club 😂AND secondly, get some fantastic treatment 💪 from experienced minds 🧠 & bodies!

👉🏼We also have Dorian on board who has treated numerous hamstring issues whilst physio at Scunthorpe football ⚽️ club AND Beth who has done similar with the ladies rugby 🏉 team. Both physios seem to have more sense than the bosses!

🌾Spring is definitely here….. with lots of buzz going on at The Hub 🐝

The injection room has been full for vitamins, joint & soft tissue injections and seasonal jabs 💉

Myles has be inundated with outdoor running assessments- addressing issues, helping max that PB and perfect techniques 🏃‍♂️ How many people are doing races??? Just brilliant to see 👏

The physios have been on with sports massage and musculoskeletal problems 💪
