A snapshot of the brilliant chair yoga course I attended last weekend delivered by the amazing Liz with The Breathing Space Studio Derby.

It was so much more than I expected or anticipated and is such an inclusive way to practice yoga. Supporting those with mobility needs, health conditions, rehabilitation, confidence issues and everything in-between but actually it's just amazing for everyone.

I loved the creative ways to adapt and make any move your own with the support and use of props.

I also met some beautiful humans to share the experience with and reconnected with some of my YTT friends ❤️

My vision was always to bring movement and song sessions to older isolated people, now I have the tools to bring that to life and bring a little joy to others. Hopefully launching soon...

Yoga is coming to Waverley! Thursday classes launch this week 😊
We are booked in at Waverley Community Council Hub on the following trial dates:
Thur 5 Mar
Thur 12 Mar
Thur 26 Mar

Classes will be 45 minutes long, between 6:30-7:30 allowing for arrival and pack up.

I am hoping to move this to a Weds night once the centre has the staff in place but for now will trial a Thurs eve to get the ball rolling.
